Refunds & Exchanges •
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds (full or partial) or any credits due to incorrect fit, sizing, improper washing techniques, you no longer want the product, etc.
Personalized items will not be refunded/exchanged under any circumstances.
If, for any reason, an exchange is accommodated, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs endured to return the item, in exchange for another item.
Refunds will only be issued due to an error on our behalf. The refund will be in the form of store credit. If item(s) have a defect, please email us at contact@eastbentco.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s).
Order Changes •
All order changes MUST occur within 24 hours of your order being placed. After that, I will not be able to accommodate any order changes, as I will have already ordered the supplies to complete your order.
Shipping •
As all shirts are made-to-order, the TAT (turn around time) is currently 2-4 weeks. This is excluding weekends/holidays.
Except for the kids camo line, that has a TAT of 3-5 weeks.
Please keep in mind, I am only one person! My goal is to have your items to you sooner, but again, this TAT is simply an estimate, and can change at any time.
Once your order has been handed over to USPS/UPS, East Bent Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays, as that would simply be out of our control.
Note • It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly enter a proper shipping address at the time of purchase. If, for any reason, the address is incorrect or sent back to the original sender (me) for an improper address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred, to have the package re-sent.
We ship to 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping.
